The courier will deliver your parcel to the door of your home, office, or apartment.

The cost of delivery to the door is +60 ₴ to the general tariff. If your shipment weighs more than 30 kg, it will be delivered for an additional fee.

Time of shipment delivery to the address:

9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and according to a special schedule on weekends.

How to pick up a parcel

On the delivery day, you will receive a notification with the delivery time at the address specified in the waybill (EW).

   Provide identity documents if:

   • the parcel’s declared value is over 30 000 ₴
   • the "Hand-to-hand delivery" service is ordered
   • the payment to the courier is over 5 000 ₴

   • online in the app
   • to the courier: in cash, by card, or via Google Pay/Apple Pay

The total amount payable for services cannot exceed 399 999 ₴ per transaction.

How to order to the door delivery for parcels over 30 kg

   If you are the sender — in the mobile app, contact centre or from the courier.

* The cost is calculated by the higher of either the volumetric or the actual weight of the shipment ID (Internet document) (calculated weight)
** The cost of lifting the "Tires/Disks" shipment is calculated according to the cargo cost

To the door delivery is available if:

• One place of shipment weighs up to 100 kg
• The distance from the parking lot of the Nova Post vehicle to the recipient's building does not exceed 50 meters
• There are no obstacles to move the shipment (narrow aisles)
• If the elevator is down or there is no power supply in the recipient's house, lifting the shipment is possible:

  • for shipments weighing up to and including 30 kg per express waybill —only up to the 5th floor;
  • for shipments weighing more than 30 kg per express waybill—no higher than the 1st floor..
    
    Alternatively, reschedule the delivery for another day or forward it to the nearest branch for pickup
